Term 1 = 10 academic weeks

Term 2 = 10 academic weeks

Scheduled Contact Hours and Timetable

20 hours per week for 40 weeks.

Class timetables may be from 7am to 10pm Monday to Sunday, subject to availability.

Additionally, students are expected to spend at least 10 hours of individual study per week on research, learning activities and assessment activities utilising the facilities and resources available at YES College.

· Higher School Certificate or equivalent; or

· AQF Certificate IV level qualification or equivalent or higher; or

This course is for people desiring to work as Office Managers, Administration Managers or Operations Managers in small, medium or large organisations, in a broad range of industries within the private sector. Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that require business operations skills.

This course has 12 units of competency, which includes 5 core units and 7 elective units. Learners must complete all 12 units to complete this course.

Graduates with no prior work experience should expect to enter the industry in positions such as Administrator, Operations Officer or other related position. Graduates with substantial experience in the industry could obtain positions such as Office Manager, Administration Manager or Operations Manager.
