Our courses offer a blend of theoretical and practical activities to ensure our graduates are skilled and ready for entry into the workforce. We are conveniently located on 2 – 4 minutes’ walk from Parramatta Train Station and opposite Westfield’s Shopping Centre Parramatta.
Prior to opening our business college in Parramatta, MVJ Enterprises Pty Ltd has been trading as Perth College of Beauty Therapy from Perth (Western Australia) delivering quality training for over 30 years. There are only a few private training organisations in Australia which have over three decades of long and steady trading background and history.
MVJ Enterprises Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and provides training according to national competency standards and guidelines. We are also registered and accredited by two international examining bodies VTCT and ITEC, are registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS), and are Austudy approved.
Our WA branch, Perth College of Beauty Therapy, was originally set up as a training company by Beverly Stone in 1987 before there was anything like Registered Training Organisations. In the 1980’s vocational education as it was, was restricted to government TAFE’s. The first private RTO’s did not start to appear until late 1992 and earlier 1993 following the establishment of the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA). As Perth College of Beauty Therapy was first registered in February 1994, it is amongst the oldest private RTO’s in the country still operating.
At its establishment in 1987, Perth College of Beauty Therapy operated from Subiaco, Western Australia and relocated in 1998 to 350 Albany Highway, Victoria Park, Western Australia. In 2017 MVJ Enterprises Pty Ltd expanded its operations and opened its Sydney branch; YES College, located at Suite 301, 106 Church Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150. The premises is conveniently located 2 – 4 minutes’ walk from Parramatta train station (opposite Parramatta Westfield) and includes brand new classrooms, equipped with power point projectors, trainer computers and white boards, on campus salons, student computer labs, a student reference library, student services and admin offices, meeting rooms, a student break out area, staff kitchen, and male and female, disability toilets.
At YES College:
