This course is for individuals working as designers or design paraprofessionals in the civil construction industry, supporting professional engineers. It develops the skills to plan and produce site-specific work designs, apply sound judgement in selecting equipment, roles, and techniques, and coordinate teams to meet client requirements. Graduates will use a broad range of technical, managerial, and planning skills to perform complex tasks with a high degree of autonomy.
This course has 20 units of competency, which includes 20 elective units. Learners must complete all 20 units to complete this course.
